I found the best way to clean a bouncy castle is a mix of water and bleach, 75 / 25 bleach / water. I have read to not go stronger than 50 / 50 but i still found that this wasn't a strong enough mix. After trying so many different chemicals bleach was the only thing that got the mold off the bouncy castle.
